The Founders A team that has spent its careers on the practitioner’s side of this problem.
Gricaura is founded and run by four people who built and scaled cybersecurity businesses long before they built this one. The same team founded Osfiron, the company that builds the platform behind the service.
Binu M Thomas Co-Founder & CEO
Binu is a second-time cybersecurity entrepreneur. He co-founded Paladion, one of India’s first and largest pure-play cybersecurity companies and built it over 20 years into a global business serving enterprises across India, the Middle East, and the United States. Paladion had a successful global strategic acquisition in 2020.
That experience gave Binu an unusually close view of how large enterprises manage security not in theory, but at operational scale, across industries, across geographies, and under real regulatory pressure.
Gricaura is his second act, built, alongside Osfiron, on a conviction he formed through two decades of watching organisations breach not because threats were unknown, but because they could not decide what to fix first. He is CEO of both: Osfiron, which builds the platform, and Gricaura, which delivers the service.
Dheeraj Arakkal Co-Founder & CPTO
Dheeraj brings over two decades of cybersecurity experience spanning consulting, product management, partnerships, and go-to-market across organisations like NTT, ColorTokens, Paladion, PwC, Wipro, and SonicWall.
He leads product and technology across Gricaura and Osfiron shaping the assessment methodology and the platform, Osfiron Anchor, that makes it repeatable. His discipline is in translating complex security problems into clear product direction and disciplined execution.
He keeps the work grounded in practical customer outcomes rather than abstract architecture converting category thinking into a structured, repeatable engagement.
Krishna Bojanna Co-Founder & Head of Sales & Operations
Krishna has spent his career building operating systems across governance, compliance, workforce, and execution at Atos, Paladion, Mindtree, and Wipro.
Across Gricaura and Osfiron, Krishna owns sales and operations carrying the engagement from first conversation through to delivery, and building the operational discipline, financial management, and structure an early-stage firm needs to move from concept to sustained delivery.
He ensures Gricaura is shaped not only by strategic conviction but by rigor in planning, coordination, and company building.
Ranjith VP Co-Founder & Head of Service Delivery
Ranjith has built customer engagement, alliances, and talent strategy in cybersecurity at Paladion, Aujas, FireCompass, and Mindtree.
At Gricaura, Ranjith owns service delivery. He runs the Crown Jewel Exposure Assessment engagements directly, builds the delivery methodology and the partner ecosystem that lets it scale, and carries customer and market feedback across both Gricaura and Osfiron shaping how the service evolves and how the platform behind it develops.
He works directly with design partners, translating the reality of customer workflows and the response from the field into sharper delivery and go-to-market thinking.
Gricaura And OsfironTwo companies, the same founders, by design.
Gricaura and Osfiron share the same founders and the same conviction. Osfiron builds Anchor, the platform. Gricaura delivers the Crown Jewel Exposure Assessment the service that puts the platform to work inside a customer’s environment.
Keeping them separate keeps each focused: a product company building software that scales, and a services company delivering outcomes that depend on judgment, context, and direct customer work. The customer engages Gricaura. Anchor is what makes the engagement repeatable, consistent, and durable after it ends.
Work With UsIf the problem we describe is the one you are living with, let’s talk.
We are taking on a small number of engagements as we bring the Crown Jewel Exposure Assessment to market. A discovery conversation is the place to start forty-five minutes, no obligation, and a one page assessment of whether it fits.
